I am Dylan Zhang.

My Chinese name is 张栋磊 (zhāng dòng lěi). I am a senior analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Research, currently based in Shenzhen. My research spans the fields of commercial properties, industrial transformation and urban development.

If you happen to speak Chinese, I have a Chinese-only blog where I mostly share everyday life and thoughts. You can also find me somewhere around the web.

I am also an alumnus of Zhejiang University (ZJU) and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Outside of research, I enjoy watching documentaries, playing sandbox video games, and reading novels.
